“Perfect dead end fitting for 1/8″ SS cable handrail—These stainless steel swage fittings were the best deal I could find on Amazon and I installed 27 of these as dead ends on my 1/8” cable handrail. I crimped them with the long handled IWII crimping tool and they worked excellent. None failed and all crimped perfectly. I will say that these are difficult to crimp and required only a single crimp for me. I found that placing one handle on the ground and holding the rubber grip part olf the handle on the ground with my foot made it easier to push down on the other handle of the crimping tool with both hands.
